The landlord is renting out this great room in a 75 m2 shared flat at Calle Valderrobres 17, in Madrid's Canillejas district. The room measures 7 m2, is very bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a wardrobe, a desk with a lamp, a chair and electric heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. This flat has just been renovated, with all new furniture and everything brand new, so you will be the first tenants to enjoy it all.
