A bright double bedroom with a large window, soft linen curtains, bedside tables, a full-length mirror and its own air conditioning unit. Fully furnished and ready to move into. You share the Penthouse, a bright 90 m2 upstairs duplex, with two other students: two bathrooms, an open living and dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, a washer/dryer and a private rooftop terrace with outdoor seating. Rent is EUR 1,000 per month with a minimum stay of 31 days. Utilities are not included (estimated EUR 75 per person per month). The security deposit is one month's rent (EUR 1,000), paid directly to the landlord. The neighbourhood: Calle de Oltra is a quiet, tree-lined residential street on the northern edge of the Salamanca district, where it meets La Guindalera. Parque de las Avenidas metro (Line 2) is a 5-minute walk away and runs straight to Goya, Retiro, Sol and Opera in the centre of Madrid. Momento cafe is right next door for a morning coffee, the neighbourhood dog park (parque canino) is just steps away, and the leafy Parque de las Avenidas is around the corner. Everyday shops and cafes are close by, and the boutiques, restaurants and terraces of Salamanca's best-known streets are a short metro ride away.
