It's perfect for young students and workers looking to have a tranquil stay. The room includes a heater and its own lock. Monthly fee of €120 covers expenses including: cleaning of common areas every week, maintenance visits, flat manager service, Wi-Fi, water supply, and electricity up to a monthly consumption of €35 per room (any excess consumption will be charged additionally). - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am
