Bright room in Plaza Mayor furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It includes a double bed (135x190cm), a wardrobe, a desk, electric heating and a beautiful balcony overlooking the famous square. The room measures 8m² and has its own lock. It is ideal for young internationals who want to live an incredible experience in Madrid. * Bed linen is not included (the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover). - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
