It includes a double bed (135x190cm), a wardrobe, a desk with lamp, bedside table, electric heating and a fantastic balcony that overlooks the beautiful square. The room measures 10,50m² and has its own lock. It is the perfect option for those international students and young workers who want to live an unforgettable experience in Madrid. *Bed linen is not included (the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover). Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
