Bright and spacious room in the centre of Madrid, in Preciados, and the best is the lovey view offered by the balcony. It has everything you need, as a double bed (135 cm), a single wardrobe, a bedside table, a mirror on the wall and a desk with a lamp. All this makes it the ideal room for young students and workers who want to feel like home. The room measures 12.81 m², it has a lock and an electric heater. *Bedding is not included, only a matress cover is provided.* - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
