The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: it features a 120 cm bed, air conditioning, a desk with a chair for studying or working, a double wardrobe with a built-in mirror, Smart TV, electrical heating, individual drying rack, and its own lock on the door for added security. The room size is 7.12 m² and stands out for its fantastic natural light and cozy atmosphere. It offers maximum privacy with its own private en-suite bathroom inside the room. The kitchen area and common spaces are shared with the other tenants in the property. For more details, we invite you to check the floor plan to see the exact location of the room. *Bed linen is not included; only the mattress protector is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
