The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: it features a 135 cm bed, air conditioning, a desk with a chair for studying or working, a double wardrobe with an integrated mirror, a TV with Smart TV, electrical heating and its own lock on the door for added security. The size of the room is 7 m² and it stands out for its warm and comfortable atmosphere. This room offers maximum privacy as it has its own private bathroom outside the room and its own drying rack. The kitchen area and common areas are shared with the tenants of the property. For more details, we invite you to check the floor plan to see the exact location of the room. *Bedding is not included, only the mattress cover is provide - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
