The size of the room is 8.41 m² and it stands out for its spaciousness and comfortable atmosphere. This room offers maximum privacy as it has its own private bathroom inside the room and its own drying rack. The kitchen area and common areas are shared with the tenants of the property. For more details, we invite you to check the floor plan to see the exact location of the room. *Bedding is not included, only the mattress cover is provide - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day.
