Within about 1.5 km we list 401 rooms, from €440 to €900 a month with a median of €680. The closest are on Calle de Fuencarral, about 450 m away, and many are around Puerta del Sol, Calle Preciados and Calle de Santa Catalina.
Within 3 km there are 731 rooms. Chueca and the streets around Sol are central, so most of these are a walk or a short metro ride from class.

What to check before you book
Date first. When we checked in November 2026, 45 of the 731 rooms showed a free date by the end of January and 168 by the end of February, while 334 became free in June or July.
