Princesa or La Berzosa
The Princesa campus is in the city, near the Ventura Rodríguez and Argüelles metro stops. The La Berzosa campus is outside Madrid, in Hoyo de Manzanares, and this page does not cover it.
Nebrija also has its own residences, so compare them with a private room before you decide. Ask the university whether your program expects you to use them.

The wider radius reaches central streets such as Calle Preciados and Calle de Bailén. Those are a metro ride or a long walk away, and distances here are straight lines.
What these rooms include
You rent a furnished bedroom and share the kitchen and living areas with the other tenants. Every room in this radius lists wifi, and nearly all list a cleaning service.
About eight in ten list an elevator and heating, and about one in seven list air conditioning, which matters in a Madrid summer. Flats are large here, typically eight people, so check the number on the listing if you would prefer a smaller household.

What to check before you book
Date first. When we checked in November 2026, 31 of the 665 rooms showed a free date by the end of January and 131 by the end of February, while 322 became free in June or July.
