IE University Student Housing
IE University student housing on this page means rooms in shared flats near the two Madrid campuses, and what we can offer depends on which one you attend. We list 500 rooms within about 3 km of María de Molina, from €370 to €1,000 a month, but only 39 listings within 3 km of IE Tower on Paseo de la Castellana. If your classes are at IE Tower, read the section on it before you book.

Near María de Molina
This is where most of our rooms are. Within about 1.5 km we list 50 rooms, including rooms on Calle Velázquez, and within 3 km there are 500 with a median rent of €680 a month.
The wider radius takes in central streets such as Calle Preciados and Plaza de Santa Ana. Those are a metro ride from the campus, so check the journey as well as the rent. Distances here are straight lines.
Near IE Tower
We have much less here, and it is better to know that now. Within about 3 km of IE Tower we list 39 places: 36 rooms in shared flats and 3 residence units. The rooms run from €320 a month, with a median near €630.
Most are in smaller flats around Tetuán and Plaza de Castilla, on streets such as Calle de Rafael Ceballos and Calle de Simancas. The two campuses are about 4.4 km apart, so a room near María de Molina is not near IE Tower. The rooms listed below are centred on María de Molina, so use a map if you need IE Tower.
What these rooms include
You rent a furnished bedroom and share the kitchen and living areas. Near María de Molina almost every room lists wifi, and about nine in ten list an elevator and a cleaning service. Many of those flats hold around nine people.
Near IE Tower flats are usually smaller, often around five people, and fewer than half of the rooms list an elevator.
What to check before you book
Check the date first. When we checked in November 2026, 42 of the 500 rooms near María de Molina showed a free date by the end of January, and 120 by the end of February. Many more open up in June and July.
