Complutense Student Housing
Complutense student housing on this page means rooms in shared flats within about 3 km of the Ciudad Universitaria metro stop, on the Moncloa side of the university. We list 183 rooms in that radius, from €540 a month with a median of €680. Very few are right beside the campus, so most students here would take a short metro ride or a longer walk.

Which campus you are on
The university has two main campuses, Moncloa and Somosaguas. This page only covers Moncloa, because our rooms are in the city and Somosaguas is outside it. If your faculty is at Somosaguas, plan the journey from any room before you book.
The university also runs its own housing office, which lists halls of residence and housing agencies. Look there as well, since it is separate from us.
Where the rooms are
Within about 1.5 km of the metro stop we list only 9 rooms, at €620 to €680 a month. Within 3 km there are 183, mostly south and east of the campus, on Calle Alberto Aguilera, Calle de Ventura Rodríguez, Calle Galileo and Calle de Fernández de los Ríos.
Those streets are in Argüelles and Chamberí, both residential areas on the metro. Distances here are straight lines, so check your real route on a map.
What these rooms include
You rent a furnished bedroom and share the kitchen and living areas. In this radius all of the rooms list wifi, about nine in ten list an elevator and most list a cleaning service.
Many of these flats hold around nine people, which is larger than some students expect. The number is on each listing, so check it if a smaller household matters to you.
A residence close to the campus
We also list 214 residence units on Paseo de la Florida, near Príncipe Pío, inside the same 3 km radius. They start at €1,045 a month, well above the rooms, because a residence includes more services and shared spaces.

What to check before you book
Start with the date, because few rooms here are free soon. When we checked in November 2026, 12 of the 183 rooms showed a free date by the end of January and 26 by the end of February, while 81 became free in June or July.
Erasmus and exchange students arriving for the spring semester should therefore look early. Each Complutense student housing listing here shows its rent per month in euros, so compare the full cost and the journey to your faculty before you pay.
