Comillas University Student Housing
Comillas University student housing on this page means rooms in shared flats within about 3 km of the Alberto Aguilera campus in Madrid, for students who arrange their own stay. We list 673 rooms in that radius, from €370 to €960 a month with a median of €680. These are private rentals on our site, separate from any housing the university offers.
Student Housing Abroad is an independent housing website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and these listings are not school housing.

Which campus you are on
Comillas has its main Madrid campus on Calle de Alberto Aguilera and a second campus in Cantoblanco, in the north of the city. This page covers Alberto Aguilera only.
If your classes are in Cantoblanco, plan the journey from any room before you book. Exchange students should also ask the international office what it suggests.
What is close to the campus
Within about 1.5 km we list 299 rooms, from €440 to €960 a month, including rooms on Calle de Alberto Aguilera itself, less than 100 m from number 23. Within 3 km there are 673, on streets such as Calle de Ventura Rodríguez, Calle de Bailén and Calle Preciados near Puerta del Sol.
Distances here are straight lines. From the outer streets you would usually take the metro to Argüelles or San Bernardo, so check the real route.
What these rooms include
You rent a furnished bedroom and share the kitchen and living areas. In this radius every room lists wifi, and nearly all list a cleaning service.
About eight in ten list an elevator and heating. Flats are large: the typical one holds eight people and some hold eleven or more, so read that number on the listing.
Rooms or a residence
A room in a shared flat is the lower-cost choice near the campus. We also list 214 residence units on Paseo de la Florida, near Príncipe Pío, inside the same 3 km radius, from €1,045 a month.
A residence suits you if you want services and shared spaces on site. Its rent usually covers more, so compare what each unit includes before you choose.
You can compare those units with the rest of the city on our Madrid page.
What to check before you book
Start with the date. When we checked in November 2026, 32 of the 673 rooms showed a free date by the end of January and 139 by the end of February, while 322 became free in June or July.
A fall arrival has far more choice than a spring one. Each Comillas University student housing listing here shows its rent per month in euros, so compare the cost with the flat size and the walk to class.
