Moncloa or Montepríncipe
The university teaches at Moncloa, in the city, and at Montepríncipe, outside it. This page covers Moncloa only, because our rooms are in the city. The university lists metro lines 6 and 7 for the Moncloa campus.
If your faculty is at Montepríncipe, plan the journey from any room before you book. Exchange students should also ask the international office what it suggests.
Where the rooms are
Within about 1.5 km we list 69 rooms, from €540 to €770 a month. The closest are on Calle Galileo, about 700 m away, and others are on Calle de Fernández de los Ríos, around Glorieta de Quevedo and on Calle de Martín de los Heros.
Within 3 km there are 379, including rooms on Calle de Alberto Aguilera and Calle de Ventura Rodríguez. Distances here are straight lines, so check the route.
What these rooms include
You rent a furnished bedroom and share the kitchen and living areas. Every room in this radius lists wifi, and about nine in ten list an elevator, heating and a cleaning service.
About one in six list air conditioning, so ask about summer heat if you stay into July. Flats here are among the largest we list: the typical one holds nine people, so check the number on each listing.

What to check before you book
Few rooms here are free soon. When we checked in November 2026, 18 of the 379 rooms showed a free date by the end of January and 61 by the end of February, while 201 became free in June or July.
