The room measures 8.26 m², has electric heating and also has its own lock on the door for added security. For further details, please take a look at the floor plan, where you can see the room’s location. *Bed linen is not included; only a mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
