Comfortable double room in Puente de Vallecas in a shared apartment, ideal for international students and young professionals. The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: it features a double bed (135 cm), a double wardrobe, air conditioning that also works as heating, a desk with a chair and lamp, and a bedside table. The room size is 8.74 m² and it has a window as well as its own lock on the door for added privacy. This room is located on the third floor of the building and has access to a bathroom located in the common areas. The kitchen and dining room, located on the second floor, are shared exclusively among tenants of the second and third floors. For more details, we invite you to check the floor plan and see the location of the room on the third floor. Bed linen is not included; only a mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
