The room size is 6.00 m². It has a window and also includes its own lock on the door for added privacy. This room is located on the second floor of the building and has access to the four bathrooms located in the common areas. Bed linen is not included; only a mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
