This room is located on the first floor of the building and has access to the four bathrooms located in the common areas. The kitchen and dining room are shared exclusively with the tenants of the 1st and ground floors. Bed linen is not included; only the mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
