Beautiful double room in Vallecas in a shared apartment ideal for international students and young professionals. The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, it has a double bed (135 cm), a large three-door closet with integrated mirror, air conditioning that also serves as heater, a desk with chair and lamp and a bedside table. The size of the room is 11.08 m2, it has a window that provides plenty of natural daylight and it also has its own lock on the door for added security. This room is located on the first floor of the building and has access to the four bathrooms located in the common areas. The kitchen and dining area is shared with the tenants of floor 0 and floor 1 exclusively. For more details we invite you to view the floor plan and see the location of the room on floor 1. *Bed linen is not included, only the mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
