Magnificent shared room in the centre of Madrid. The room is equipped with two individual beds (90cm), a wardrobe, a mirror on the wall, a bedside table and a desk. It has an exterior balcony with beautiful views. An incredible opportunity for young students and workers. The room has a heater and a door lock. *Bedding is not included, only a mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed * be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
