We welcome you with the most modern and comfortable rooms, at the most competitive prices on the market. Because of its features and small number of places, we offer a quiet, family-style atmosphere, with personal attention and a good shared living atmosphere. 4 private rooms of about 8 m2, fully equipped and with natural light. For your study hours, each has a comfortable desk with drawers and storage space, and a very comfortable conference chair. A 1.05 m wardrobe with a mirror and a hanging rail. In every room you will find a bedside table with a drawer and lamp, and a desk lamp. Towels and bed linen in every room, cleaning twice a week, with sheets collected and replaced once a month. 1 full bathroom, easy to reach from every room. A large kitchen with enough storage space, equipped with kitchenware and new appliances, ceramic hobs, microwaves, individual cupboards and utensils (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use), where you can also eat. 600 Mb wifi with signal boosters. You are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), with Miguel Hernández Metro station (Line 1, blue line) right next to it and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station and 18 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by bike or bus to the UPM south campus, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very welcoming place to stay.
