A comfortable room in a shared flat. Because of its features and small number of places, we offer a quiet atmosphere, with personal attention and good shared living. 4 private rooms of about 8 m2, fully equipped and with natural light. For your study time there is a comfortable desk with drawers and storage space, and a very comfortable conference chair. A 1.05 m wardrobe with a mirror and a hanging rail. Every room has a bedside table with a drawer and a lamp, and a desk lamp. Towels and bed linen in every room, and cleaning twice a month. 1 full bathroom, easy to reach from every room. A large kitchen with plenty of storage space, equipped with kitchenware, a ceramic hob, a microwave, individual cupboards and utensils (a full set of cutlery for each resident's own use). 600 Mb wifi. Enjoy being just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (main road), next to Miguel Hernández Metro station (Line 1, blue) and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station and 18 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by bike or bus to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very cosy place to stay.
