An excellent room in a shared flat, newly renovated, everything brand new, with lots of outside light, spacious and very quiet. The flat has everything you need to move in. The room is furnished with a large 1.35 m bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a wall coat rack and a desk, perfect for studying or remote work. The kitchen has new appliances: ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine and utensils (cutlery, pots, pans and more), and you can eat at its table using the stools. There are 2 bathrooms with shower trays. Natural gas heating. The rent does NOT include utilities or wifi. One of the flat's great benefits is its excellent location: nearby there are bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centres, small shops and supermarkets, and Parque del Cerro del Tío Pio (with hills, paths and views) is a place to enjoy the outdoors. You are just 2 minutes from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), next to Nueva Numancia Metro station, Line 1 (blue line), and several bus lines; 7 minutes from Puerta de Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very cosy flat with excellent shared living. We help you apply for your transport pass. When you arrive we give you a map of Madrid with useful leisure and cultural information.
