It is just a 5-minute walk from Villaverde Alto Renfe and Metro Line 3, with a bus stop just 1 minute from the front door (line 22), and a DIA supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. It is an established, quiet and safe neighbourhood with restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, a gym three minutes' walk away and green spaces to enjoy nearby. The shared areas include natural gas heating, a kitchen furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), and a comfortable, spacious shared bathroom with a shower tray. The room is 8 m2, bright and fully equipped with: a 90 cm bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, a wardrobe and a study desk. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi.
