It is an established, quiet and safe neighbourhood with restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, a gym a 3-minute walk away, and green areas to enjoy nearby. In the shared areas, the flat has natural gas heating, a furnished kitchen equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), and a comfortable, spacious shared bathroom with a shower. The room measures 12 m2, is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a study desk, and individual natural gas heating.
