We are renting this private room with a lock, fully fitted out with natural light, measuring about 8 m2. It has a comfortable desk and a conference chair. The furniture also includes a 1.55 m wardrobe with a drying rack and a hanging rail inside, a tall unit with bucket drawers, a ceiling fan with remote control, electric heating, and a 1.35 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast or lunch, equipped with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. It has all the kitchenware you need (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower, easy to reach from any room and finished to a high standard. Other services: cleaning of the shared areas twice a month. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine.
