We are renting this fantastic private room in a shared flat at Calle de la Sierra de Monchique 5, in Nueva Numancia (Pte. Vallecas), one of the liveliest and best connected areas, with all kinds of services. The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 90 cm bed with 1 pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a shelf with a lamp, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a ceiling fan and a balcony. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, washing machine, boiler, microwave and oven) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has 1 full bathroom. The shared areas of this flat are cleaned twice a month. As for the location, on Calle Sierra de Monchique you are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (a main road), right next to Nueva Numancia and Portazgo Metro stations, Line 1 (blue line), and several bus lines. It is 7 minutes from Atocha station, 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM South Campus, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very cosy home with an ideal atmosphere for university students and a great atmosphere among flatmates. Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) are not included in our prices. Ask us about terms.
