It also has a desk with a chair, perfect for studying or working from home, and two bedside tables with lamps that add a practical, cosy touch. The room has gas heating for the cold months and an air conditioning system, available at an extra cost, for extra comfort in summer. It is an ideal option for anyone looking for comfort and practicality. The shared areas are equipped for a comfortable stay: a dining table, a sofa in the living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, storage space, kitchenware and cutlery. The bathroom is shared and has a shower. Rooms for rent in a shared flat at Calle de Santa Julia 12, in the Puente de Vallecas neighbourhood. The flat is in a very well-connected area surrounded by all kinds of services, ideal for both students and young professionals. Right opposite the building there is a Mercadona, a Lidl is just a 4-minute walk away, and there is a local grocery shop barely 2 minutes away. The traditional Puente de Vallecas market is also very close, perfect for buying fresh produce, and the Bulevar del Puente de Vallecas, a lively area with shops, bars and restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away. Public transport links are excellent: Nueva Numancia Metro station (Line 1), with quick access to central Madrid, is a 5-minute walk away, and several bus lines, such as 24, 111 and 310 among others, stop near the building. It is a very convenient, complete option for anyone looking for a well-located, practical place with a good atmosphere in a traditional area with real neighbourhood life.
