CAPITAL ROOMS is renting this fantastic single room in a shared flat in a gated complex with a pool and an optional garage space, in the Plaza de Castilla building at Calle de Simancas 21, Plaza Castilla, one of the safest and liveliest areas of Madrid and very well connected (4 minutes from Moncloa Metro, Line 6, Paseo de la Castellana and several bus lines). The neighbourhood has every service, opposite the Madrid courts and the IEM Professional School, close to supermarkets, a police station, bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the north of Madrid. The room is EXTERIOR facing, bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table, a desk with a chair and a lamp, a spacious double wardrobe with a mirror, and individual natural gas heating. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. The flat has two large full bathrooms. The shared areas include a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, boiler/electric water heater, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware).
