Vallecas), one of the liveliest and best connected areas, with all kinds of services. The room is bright and fully equipped with: its own fridge, a 1.35 m bed with 2 pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, all brand new, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, washing machine, boiler, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms. Rooms Madrid cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, on Calle Sierra Carbonera you are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (a main road), right next to Nueva Numancia and Portazgo Metro stations, Line 1 (blue line), and several bus lines. It is 7 minutes from Atocha station, 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM South Campus, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very cosy home with an ideal atmosphere for university students and a great atmosphere among flatmates. Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) are not included in our prices.
