The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with 1 pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe, its own fridge, and natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. In the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, washing machine, boiler, microwave and oven) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat 3 times a month. As for the location on Calle Sierra Carbonera, you are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), with Nueva Numancia and Portazgo Metro stations (Line 1, blue line) right nearby and several bus lines. It is 7 minutes from Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM south campus, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very welcoming place to stay, with an ideal atmosphere for university students and an excellent shared living atmosphere. Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) are not included in our rates.
