Vallecas), one of the liveliest and best connected areas, with all kinds of services. The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with 1 pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe, and natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. The shared areas include a kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, washing machine, boiler, microwave and oven) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms with shower trays. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat 3 times a month. As for the location, on Calle Sierra Carbonera you are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), next to Nueva Numancia and Portazgo Metro stations, Line 1 (blue line), and several bus lines; 7 minutes from Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very cosy place to stay, with an ideal setting for university students and excellent shared living. Utilities (electricity, water, gas) are not included in our rates. Ask us about the terms.
