The kitchen is equipped with appliances: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and utensils (cutlery, pots, pans). There is 1 bathroom with a shower tray. Electric heating. One of the flat's big advantages is its great location. Nearby there are bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centres, small shops and supermarkets, and the Parque del Cerro del Tío Pio (with hills, paths and views) is a place to enjoy outdoors. It is just 2 minutes from Avenida La Albufera (main road), next to Puente de Vallecas metro station, Line 1 (blue), and several bus lines. It is 7 minutes from Puerta de Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by metro to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
