Nearby there are bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centres, local shops and supermarkets, and a place to enjoy the outdoors is Parque del Cerro del Tío Pío (with hills, paths and views). You are just 2 minutes from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), with Puente de Vallecas Metro station (Line 1, blue line) right next to it and several bus lines. It is 7 minutes from Puerta de Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM south campus, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
