Capital Rooms is renting a room in a shared flat. It is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a spacious wardrobe, individual electric gas heating, and high-quality double-glazed windows. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas twice a month. As for the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). There is a comfortable, spacious bathroom with a shower tray shared by the four rooms. Capital Rooms is renting this fantastic double room in a shared flat on Calle Puerto de la Morcuera, in Entrevías, a lively and well connected area (just 20 minutes from central MADRID, a 3-minute walk from the Madrid-Entrevías Renfe stop, with a bus stop one street from the front door, bus lines 103, 111 and 144 N22). There is an AHORRAMAS supermarket on the corner, a police station very close by, and bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the south of Madrid.
