Welcome to Villaverde! Capital Rooms is renting a great private room in student and young worker accommodation, recently renovated in November 2023 and brand new. This private room has a lock, is fully fitted out, gets natural light and measures about 8 m2. It has a comfortable desk and a conference chair. The furniture is completed by a 1.55 m wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a ceiling fan with remote control, electric heating, and a 0.90 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast or lunch, equipped with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each student has their own cupboard with their own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from every room and finished to a high standard. Other services: the shared areas are cleaned twice a month. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine. You can enjoy its unbeatable location, 300 metres from Villaverde Bajo Metro (Line 3, yellow line), with a direct connection to Moncloa, Plaza de España, Callao and Sol, and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
