The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with a pillow, full bed linen, a duvet, a wardrobe with dividers, a desk and chair, and electric heating. All rooms include high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen that is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, boiler, microwave, etc.) and the kitchenware you need to settle in without worries (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two bathrooms. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, Calle Pilarica is in a prime area and so has all kinds of services: large shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre and pharmacies, etc. The street is just a 3-minute walk from Usera metro station (Line 6) and a 2-minute walk from Av. de Manzanares (Madrid Río), a pedestrian and leisure area running along a good stretch of the Manzanares river, surrounded by green spaces, 15 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía. Several bus lines also run nearby. Capital Rooms is renting this fantastic room in a shared flat at Calle La Pilarica no. 15, in Madrid's Ucera district, Moscardó neighbourhood. As for the location, Calle Pilrica is in a prime area and so has all kinds of services: large shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre and pharmacies, etc.
