Our aim is to meet the housing needs of university students and people preparing for public exams in Madrid and its metropolitan area. The residence has 14 single rooms in total, each 8 m2. The limited number of places is meant to encourage a family-style shared living atmosphere and personal attention for each student. All rooms have natural light and are modern, cosy and practical. They also have a bed, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, air conditioning, natural gas heating and a Smart TV. Located on Avenida Albufera, just metres from the Nueva Numancia Metro entrance (Line 1), in a strategic spot close to several university campuses, we offer a 280 m2 space that covers all your needs. We want Canfranc's Residence to become your new home, so you can enjoy the independence and comfort of a student flat, with all services included!
