The flat is at Avenida de Palomeras 99, in a strategic transport location very close to road junctions such as the A-3 motorway, M-30 and M-40, with a Line 1 metro stop 500 metres away (Metro Buenos Aires), all kinds of local services and shops, markets, bars, many green and leisure areas, a Carrefour just a few metres away, schools, etc. As for the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen in perfect condition, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave) as well as the basic kitchenware needed: pots, pans, cutlery and glassware. The shared bathroom has a shower tray and is comfortable and spacious, shared by the four rooms. The interior single room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a work or study desk, a bedside table with a lamp, several sockets, a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors, individual electric heating, double windows with good seals, and a ceiling fan.
