A 4-bedroom shared flat in a prime location in Madrid's Palomeras district, a fully established neighbourhood. The flat is at Avenida de Palomeras 99, a strategic spot for transport, very close to major roads such as the A-3, M-30 and M-40, with a Line 1 Metro stop 500 metres away (Metro Buenos Aires). There are all kinds of local services and shops, markets, bars and businesses, many green and leisure areas, a Carrefour a few metres away, schools and more. In the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen in perfect condition, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave), plus the basic kitchenware you need: pots, pans, cutlery and glassware. The shared bathroom has a comfortable, spacious shower and is shared by the four rooms. This exterior single room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a work or study desk, two bedside tables with lamps, several sockets, a spacious wardrobe, individual electric heating, well-sealed windows and a ceiling fan.
