4-bedroom flat A 4-bedroom shared flat in a prime location in Madrid's Palomeras district, a fully established neighbourhood in urban terms. The flat is at Avenida de Palomeras 99, a strategic spot for transport, very close to road junctions such as the A-3 motorway, the M-30 and the M-40, with a Line 1 Metro stop 500 metres away (Buenos Aires). There are all kinds of services and neighbourhood shops, markets, bars and other businesses, plenty of green and leisure areas, a Carrefour a few metres away, schools and more. In the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen in perfect condition, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave) as well as the basic kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The comfortable, spacious shared bathroom has a shower tray and is shared by the four rooms. The exterior single room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a work or study desk, a bedside table with a lamp, several power sockets, a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors, individual electric heating, a well-sealed double window and a ceiling fan.
