The room is bright, cosy and fully furnished for comfort and practicality. It has a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, ideal for studying or remote working, and a bedside table. To keep you comfortable all year round, it has a ceiling fan and electric heating. The flat's shared areas are fully equipped. The kitchen has cutlery, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has been renovated and has a practical shower tray. The flat also has wifi included and everything you need to feel at home from day one. We are renting rooms in a shared flat! This flat is in the heart of Palomeras Bajas, one of the most traditional and lively neighbourhoods in Puente de Vallecas, right at the junction of two main roads: Avenida de Palomeras and Calle Arroyo del Olivar. The area has well-established local shops offering all kinds of services a few steps from home, and is surrounded by green areas ideal for sport or relaxing. Just a 5-minute walk away are the municipal sports centre and swimming pool, perfect for an active lifestyle. Transport links are excellent: bus line 10 stops just 200 metres away, while Portazgo (Line 1) and Buenos Aires Metro stations are 500 m and 450 m away respectively, connecting quickly with central Madrid. There are also supermarkets nearby, such as Día, just a 4-minute walk away. The flat has wifi and is fully equipped for anyone looking for comfort, a good location and every service within reach.
