Welcome to the Villaverde house! A great private room in accommodation renovated in 2023, brand new. We are renting this private room, well fitted out and with natural light, measuring about 10 m2. It has a comfortable desk with a chair. The furniture also includes a 1.55 m wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a ceiling fan with remote control and electric heating. The bed is 1.05 m wide. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, fitted with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. There are individual cupboards, each with its own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each resident's own use). There is 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, easy to reach from every room and finished to a high standard. Other services: bed linen is provided. Cleaning of the shared areas twice a month. High-speed wifi, and the flat has its own washing machine. Enjoy its excellent location, 300 metres from Villaverde Bajo Metro (Line 3, yellow), with a direct connection to Moncloa, Plaza de España, Callao and Sol, and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
