Welcome to the 'Villaverde' student house! A great private room in student accommodation renovated in 2023, brand new! We are renting this private room, well fitted out with natural light, about 12 m2. It has a comfortable desk with a desk lamp, a Smart TV and a conference chair. The furniture is completed by a 1.55 m wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a ceiling fan with remote control, electric heating, and a 0.90 m wide bed with a lift-up storage base, plus its own storage space. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast or lunch, equipped with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each student has their own cupboard with their own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from every room and finished to a high standard. Other services: each student is given a set of towels and bed linen. Shared areas cleaned three times a month, with collection and replacement of sheets (optional) every 15 days. High-speed wifi. Optional: laundry service (washing, drying and ironing). The house has its own washing machine. Enjoy an unbeatable location, 300 metres from Villaverde Bajo Metro, Line 3 (yellow line), with direct connections to Moncloa, Plaza de España, Callao and Sol, and several bus lines; 15 minutes from Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. Enjoy a cosy stay in a setting exclusively for students, with excellent shared living overseen by professionals.
