A great private double room in accommodation designed for students and young professionals, recently renovated in 2023 and brand new. The private room is fully fitted out, gets natural light and measures about 12 m². It has a comfortable desk and a conference chair, and the room also has a Smart TV. The furniture is completed by a 1.55 m wardrobe with a hanging rail and a mirror inside, a ceiling fan with remote control, electric heating, and a 1.35 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast or lunch, equipped with appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each student has their own cupboard with their own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, easy to reach from any room and finished to a high standard. Other services: cleaning of the shared areas twice a month, with optional collection and change of sheets every 15 days. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine.
