The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a 0.90 m bed with a pillow, full bed linen, a duvet, a large wardrobe with dividers, a desk and chair, and electric heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen, fully furnished and fitted with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, boiler, microwave and more) and the kitchenware you need to settle in without worries (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has 1 bathroom. The shared areas of this flat are cleaned twice a month. As for the location, Av. de Ntra. Sra. de Valvanera is in a prime area with all kinds of services: large shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. Avenida de Nuestra Señora de Valvanera is a short walk from Oporto Metro (Lines 5 and 6), Carpetana (Line 6) and Vista Alegre (Line 5). The area also has several bus lines nearby.
