Capital Rooms is renting this fantastic double room in a shared flat at Calle de Membezar 29, in Madrid's Entrevías district. The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe. Natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. The shared areas include a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. The flat is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre and pharmacies, and a national library. The street is just a 5-minute walk from El Pozo Renfe station, served by several lines (Madrid Cercanías C-2, C-7 and C-8), 18 minutes from Puerta de Atocha and 30 minutes from Puerta del Sol, with excellent connections to the outer ring roads (M31/M40).
