The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a single bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe. Natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and fitted with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, the flat is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and the national library. The street is just a 5-minute walk from El Pozo Renfe station, served by several lines (Madrid Cercanías C-2, C-7 and C-8), 18 minutes from Puerta de Atocha and 30 minutes from Puerta del Sol, with excellent connections to the outer ring roads (M31/M40).
