The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a single bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table, a desk with a lamp, and a wardrobe. Natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, the flat is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and a national library. The street is just a 5-minute walk from El Pozo Renfe station, served by several lines (Madrid commuter rail C-2, C-7 and C-8), 18 minutes from Puerta de Atocha, 30 minutes from Puerta del Sol, and with excellent links to the outer ring roads (M31/M40).
